Online Payments:

With an active Patient Portal, payments can be made online with any major credit card.
If you do not have an active Patient Portal, please contact the office for information on how to
get it set up.

Pay by Mail:

Payments can be made by mail by sending either a check or your major credit card information
to our office at:

Pay by Phone:

Payments can be made by phone with any major credit card, by selecting the Scheduling option
when calling the office.

In-Office Payments:

Payments can be made in the office with cash, a check or any major credit card.
